Hububb

About

Hububb is a property management company based in London and Dubai. They manage more than 300 properties either by renting them outright, furnishing them, and listing them for short-term stays on platforms like Airbnb, or by partnering with landlords and sharing revenue through a commission model.

Involvement

When Hububb approached MVP Masters, they were struggling with fragmented tools and inefficient processes. We started by conducting a thorough discovery process using the BRIDGeS framework to identify their pain points and prioritize solutions. Together, we mapped out a clear roadmap that aligned with their goals.

We created a unified platform with custom tools for managing listings, calendars, and keyless entry. We streamlined their operations by integrating Apaleo as their PMS and Channex for managing multiple channels like Airbnb, Booking and Vrbo. We used the Shape Up methodology, which allowed us to design and develop solutions in parallel, and ship work every 4 weeks.

Our work also extended to creating value for landlords through a dashboard that provided real-time insights into property performance and tools for managing services, rates, and availability. For guests, we developed web and mobile application that improved their booking experience and ensured seamless stay from keyless check-in to new experiences in the area.

By combining strategic planning with efficient execution, we helped Hububb transform their operations and create better experiences for landlords and guests alike.
